The online interview was a relaxed and conversational experience, lasting around an hour. During the session, I spoke with three employees, each offering their unique perspectives. The conversation flowed naturally, jumping between various topics.

A couple of interviewers, very calm and kind. Welcoming atmosphere, happy to answer my questions and clarify the job description. Several different types of questions, but nothing unexpected. Lasted about half an hour.

Pre-screening questions via email then was invited for a virtual interview. Met with the manager and HR, did a good job explaining CWF and the job before questioning. Gave me the chance to ask my own questions. Felt like more of a conversation rather than interview.
