The interview process started with a phone call and then an in person interview. The process was sloppy and they had very little training or information available. They did not adhere to my scheduling requests which was unfortunate and would not support their workers.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Calloway's Nursery (Mansfield, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was literally asked two questions. Then I was told I could start two days later at $10 an hour which was what I had requested on my application.
There is no drug test for standard employees. You must pass a drug test in order to be certified to use the fork lift. Using the fork lift is mainly done by nursery workers, and does not seem to be a requirement.
