We understand that it is upsetting to apply for a job and see it go to someone else. The recruiter who referred this candidate is not an employee of CallSource. He is, as he represented himself, a contact center expert with his own business and decades of experience recruiting and training in-house sales teams. Our interview process is not designed to "harvest knowledge" from applicants. It is how we assess the organizational and planning skills of a sales manager. While we liked this candidate, through precisely the same interview process, we selected and hired another applicant whom we felt was better qualified. Thank you.
