Very informal and quick. Sat me down at a table and hired me on spot. They also offered me any drink of choice. They are very willing to train new people for the job.
After applying online I was contacted by someone to schedule a time for interview. We met at one of the locations for a ~30 minute in person interview. I was asked some questions and told that I got the job later that day.
