Interview
The Initial round consisted of online assessment which had 2 segments consisting of English language proficiency and analytical thinking and the second round consisted of interview with the hiring manager.
Do research about the company before the interview and be proactive at test questions. 1. Phone interview. 2. Interview at the office. 3. Test. I liked the interview, though it will be more complicated.

It was a average interview ; I worked for 14 years and I've gained great experience worked for many accounts , difference cultures and difference travel policies ;went through more that economical crisis
