CWT interview questions

Simple straightforward interview process. Pertinent questions to establish capabilities. Direct approach. No messing about straight to the point and explored examples given in a fair honest and open way. Not for the faint hearted but a welcome change from the normal interview dance used by many companies.

You will first receive a call from the talent acquisition officer who will explain a little on the role and you will be asked on your experience. Once this is done, an email will be sent to you in a few weeks for an interview with the stakeholders. Once the interview is done, TA will then contact you to inform you on your offer and compensation package.
