Applied in LinkedIn then employee from CWT message me in LinkedIn telling that she forwarded my cv to hiring manager after weekends I received a call then took the exam, after holiday I had the panel interview.
interview process is very quick, easy and organized. They even have snacks and refreshments for you. Though security is very strict wherein you need to have different type of badges from the guards per floor which I really appreciate as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CWT (Düsseldorf)
Interview
Nettes Gespräch mit "normalen" Fragen. Das Gespräch wurde von 2 Führungskräften durchgeführt. Erst hat sich das Unternehmen vorgestellt, dann wurden mir einige Fragen gestellt. Es war eine lockere, ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Danach fand noch eine Arbeitsprobe statt.
