CVS Health Graduate Intern - Data Visualization interview questions

Started with a mail from an HR. Done with First round of Interview from HR, it had standard behavioral questions. Second Round was taken by the hiring leader (Director of Analytics). He seemed happy and positive about me and also told that I would be called in for an Onsite Interview. But No response for another three weeks. When contacted the HR, Rejection was sent at once. Confusedddd.
