Straightforward, 3 rounds of interviews with hiring manager, 2 colleagues, and a VP. Depending on interviewer schedules, it can take about 2 months for the full process. I would suggest doing something to stand out from the crowd e.g. show you have done your research on the company and role, the ideas you will bring and the value you will add (can be a short proactive presentation).

Interview
The first interviewer seemed engaged the second one was less engaged and attempted to be interested in connecting however we never hit it off he had a stake personality and appeared to be annoyed with my questions.
