Interview
Store manager told me to go online to apply for shift supervisor position. The process to apply was lengthy and repetitive as far as I formation entered and surveys. After you apply then had to take a virtual tour/quiz of position applied for. Some instructions for quizzes about position were confusing and hard to follow as to what was needed from applicant, even after watching example multiple times. Explained to store manager I had trouble with it but he said if do not pass virtual part of application then can't be hired for that position and cant apply again for that position until 6 months after first application.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
The interview process was amazing, my interviewer was kind and informative. I felt welcomed in when we were talking during my interview. Any questions i asked were answered in a polite and respectful way. We got along well.
