Quick process, fast hire. I had one phone call with the recruiter followed by one formal interview with the Director. Interview was about thirty minutes in which we both asked questions. Director was very nice and personable. Was offered the position a few days later.

Question 1
How do I stay organized? Which PM softwares am I familiar with?
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
it was pretty good and i really enjoyed the part where they asked questions and i answered questions and then we talked about stuff and the job and other jobs
