I thought it was great! They asked lots of questions, had me in a room with 3 current employees who grilled me and then allowed me to ask them questions as well, then they proceed to send me to about about 3 different managers and then the analytical test which was pretty easy - no offer though....more experience candidates, i guess.

Why are you leaving your current position and could we contact your most recent manager?
Straight forward process. Felt like a conversation. Was able to ask questions and the interview was knowledgeable. Interviewer made me feel welcomed and I felt like I was at home.
The interview went extremely well. The interviewer asked about my interest in the company. I was also asked about my availability and how I can best support the CVS. I was asked about my history and how it ties in with the current position.

Interview
Simple interview - 3 rounds with 6 different people and a technical excel interview at the end. All interviews felt the same. Some soft questions about experience and skills. Overall, if you are prepared it is not too difficult.
