The interview was amazing! I felt confident and exceeded the expectations (experience wise). The questions were about myself (goals, weakness). Always remember to throw in your understanding of customer medical concerns !

Simple and fast interview process. Mostly behavioral questions about customer service. Manager was friendly and clear about expectations. Dress neatly and be prepared to discuss your availability and past experience.
