received a call to schedule an interview, female left message. called HR back within 30 minutes & left a message but did not hear back from HR for 2 days. Placed Followup call and set up interview, HR female seemed very confused but did make appointment for phone interview the next week. During phone interview, recruiter seemed very unclear about position, asked nonsensical finance and software questions...She said I was a great fitt and she would have hiring manager contact me for next interview..still waiting, left a message after first week..still waiting

after saying I had used Excell over 10 years and could perform expert level functions, she then asked if I knew how to build and sort tables. Same type of question for Access and about corporate balance sheets.

I truly appreciate CVS's way of recruiting. It has made the application and interview process clear and streamlined.
At the moment, I am in the process of applying for and interviewing for a few different roles, which has been both exciting and extremely encouraging. They truly ensure that candidates are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
As someone who is neurodivergent, I have been calmer through this process that I could have anticipated, and I am finding it much easier than usual to stay organized and focused.

Questions that will allow an accurate and thorough explanation of my skills, abilities, experience, as well as where I want to be in the future.
Nothing crazy, first round was a phone screen. Went on to second round to talk to manager and people from the team. We discussed work life but never really got details about the rebate team and the day to day tasks.
