I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (New York, NY)
Interview
I had no prior experience at all. I was interviewed in a large backroom with others interviewing around me (it was district wide interview event). The interviewer was friendly and offered me a job as soon as the interview was done. There were a lot of questions but they were mostly easy/straightforward, like "Do you consider yourself a people person?" and "Why do you want to work here?" The process took about 15-20 minutes.

Question 1
Would you give a customer a deal on an item that isn't on sale/on a coupon but is closely related to the one that is? (Florida's natural vs Simply Orange)
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
