Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it

The interview process was very straight forward you got asked why should you be hired? What is your goal in 5 yrs? How can you help the company in ways nobody else can? What are your strengths that you bring to the company? I recieved a tour of the facility and training.
One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
