Email sent with times to schedule an interview. Then a phone screening was conducted and then you schedule the interview person interview. All fairly straightforward. Just note you are more than likely going to train for other roles to adjust for staffing changes.

they will hire anyone who will work hard and is dependable, no flakes allowed, time is money and getting donors in and out safely is the key, keep it simple and professional and due your share of work and more and you will be fine
