Interview
After submitting my application, I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone interview, which went well. I received follow-up information for a Microsoft Teams interview for two people higher up in the specific department which had the open CSA position. My interviewers, from start to finish, were professional and open. While I wasn't the candidate they chose, I received very timely communication throughout the process, and had a positive experience.

Interview
Two interview process - one via phone and one via zoom with multiple people asking you questions. It lasted around an hour, basic interview questions regarding work history, biggest challenges faced in previous jobs, stuff like that.
