CRU International interview questions

Two stage process, with an assessment using data on a commodity. Initially screening on motivation and how my skills align with the organisation. Discussed relevant work experience and academic background.

Call with the recruiter followed by a positive and friendly interview with 2 sales leaders for a senior role. This was over a month ago now and I’ve not heard back at all. Very discourteous experience from a company that seemed to be a mature organisation
