Interview
First round was related to API testing. After clearing the first round, in the second round interviewer told that their requirements is different from my skill sets. Don't know what they were doing before 2nd round and wasted 2 weeks for this.
The interview process was very smooth and challenging. The process was very organised and the questions are related to the work you will be doing.
All the pod leads and members will be part of the process and HR reverts back on time

Interview
Following is the interview process for SDET Backend
Round 1: Testing Accumen - Questions will be around integration testing scenarios. You will be given 2-3 api's and db's and explain how they are linked with each other - you will be expected to write end to end testcases for that scenario
Round 2: Automation & Technical Accumen - You will be given a coding question which will be leetcode easy to medium level question. Will be asked to provide most optimal solution in the given time. Then you will asked to explain the automation framework on which you have worked in past and also to write some automation testcases for the given scenarios
Round 3: Managerial Round - This will revolve around previous experiences and complex Root Cause Analysis done in past.
This whole process might take 3-4 weeks
