Panel interview, two sessions, 3 to 4 people each. I skipped the initial phone interviews due to my experience. First round was the senior panel the second were the engineers more around my experience level. (Mid)

Interview
You get an initial screening call from the internal recruiter. If you do well in the phone interview you will be asked to interview with your supervisor and peers. Interview focuses on company culture questions. They will ask some technical questions about skills or experience placed on your resume.

Interview
I want to start off with mentioning that the recruiter I talked to is very incompetent. She didn’t know what questions to ask and verbally offered me a job and then ghosted me for weeks to finally tell me that they will not hire me. The team I interviewed with was really understanding and I was looking forward to working with them.
I reached out to one of the employees and my resume was forwarded to the recruiter. The next steps were prompt and I interviewed with the recruiter who the set up another interview with the team members. Then there was a final interview with the team lead and some other team members.
