Met with Corporate Recruiter at recruitment event, underwent a quick interview there outlining the job and any management experience I had. Conducted another interview focusing on my work experience and management skills. Was asked to meet with two regional managers and interview took a turn focusing on "aggressiveness" in the workplace (as a positive).

Typical interviews, first with HR, then with Operations Managers to see if you meshed with their ideas for optimal employees, then finally with a supervisor to see if you were a fit for their management style

Interview
After submitting my resume I had a 10 minute phone interview. The recruiter was very direct and didn't want to waste each others time. I then had a panel interview with him and 2 "managers". It also included shadowing a current DM. The interview was straightforward and fairly simple. They were interested to make sure you could handle a stressful environment. I lived further away and they wanted to ensure I could make the commute. One manager didn't even want to consider me for that reason, but I appeased them.
