There really wasn't much of an interview. I answered some questions over the phone with a recruiter, then she sent me some documents, or asked me to provide some (like drivers license, DD214). Never had a face-to-face interview before they accepted me at the school. All you need is a good driving record, no criminal record, and a warm body temperature, and CRE will take you. Once I got into the school, I found out that you don't even need to know the English language very well. They will take anyone.

Interview process went well when the interviewer had all her ducks in a row about what she needed from me. Spoke several times throughout the day, because it was an ongoing call. They followed up for the first portion. I have not heard back from the second interviewer after calling and leaving message.
