Interview
You will be called to the office and asked questions. The interview process is not very tough. People make you feel comfortable there and they select only on merits. You will be answered within an month whether you are selcted or not.
Background review; law school interests; writing experience; research interests; working style; comfort with hybrid work format. Functional knowledge of arbitration and familiarity with US arbitral institutions. Plenty of contribution to thought leadership expected.
