Interview
The interview process was arduous and tiring. They pulled me along for five interviews over a span of four months. Technically, it was seven interviews because the hiring team tried to match me with a different department. I interviewed with underwriters who only worked there from 2 weeks to 3 months. This company is very unserious, and I'm ashamed that I allowed them to waste my time.

Interview
Each step was several weeks apart with me reaching out for next steps.I was over qualified for the job itself but did not end up getting. The final interview was two people each through zoom within hours apart but did not last no more than 20 minutes. They didn't ask too many questions maybe two but more conversational with me talking more about my work experience for the role.

Interview
I applied online, received a phone screen request about two weeks later. I waited for about 10 minutes after scheduled time, the recruiter did not call me so I called him and the phone just rang. He called me back a few minutes later stating that his bluetooth wouldn't connect and had to go look for a wired headset. We then continued on to my experiences, job description and I did not hear from him again. It may be a good thing because I wouldn't want to work for a company with employees like this.
