Met in person with the team lead after a staffing agency set up the interview. Best interview I have ever had! It was mostly a conversation, very casual. They made me feel comfortable and talk a lot about being part of a team. I was inspired and it was refreshing to have an interview where they don't drill you on situational questions or power plays.
