Interviewer was super rude and unprofessional. Seemed like an interrogation rather than an interview. Super disappointed, at least keep it professional but decided to be very rude. I’m not sure if the guy was a hiring manager or exactly but he did not know how to take an interview.
First round hr interview is just a very quick resume walk through. They ask you about the experiences on your resume and just a quick behavioral asking about you as a person. Then I was let know of position availability.
The CIBC interview process was structured and professional, with clear communication throughout. It included a recruiter screen, a technical challenge, and panel interviews that focused on both skills and culture fit.
