Applied online, got a call from the hiring manager the same day. Had first interview the next day and final interview 2 days later. No face to face because I was in Toronto and job was in Regina.

The interview process was smooth. The HR screening was scheduled within 2 days and the face-to-face interview was also scheduled the next week. But after the interview their response came after 2 weeks, informing they selected a stronger candidate

Had meeting and spoke with branch manager before job posting, told to apply to job posting and do phone screening. Received call from recruiter without confirming call time with me beforehand. Did not have time to talk in depth as I was heading out to work, spoke for a few minutes and she said I didn't have enough experience. Recruiter didn't want to schedule follow up afterwards to have a in depth conversation on my skills and experience. Strange encounter to say the least.
