Interview
The interview was boring,they just read 4 pages of paper, some formatting questions, the interviewer almost slept, I was feeling not professional and being respected. You will wait 2 weeks , but some times they even won't advise you the result.
Hirevue, classic question (tell me about yourself, why cibc, why investment banking, tell me about a time you were part of a team). Followed by competency and motivational questions. Overall a fairly standard process,

Very reasonable and seamless. Interviewers were great, on time and asked all the right questions.
Explained all salary and benefits questions and kept me in the loop. Great job team!
