it was a very good first and natural first interview. i was able to have an informal feel with my interviewer which helped me be more comfortable when answering the questions.
Straight forward and what you might expect. There were several people involved to include the hiring manager, current database administrator and supervisor. It lasted about 30 minutes with about 10 minutes discussing benefits.

I have applied online for the job. I got HR call at first and discussed about role and responsibility. With in a week so, I got interview scheduled ( group interview at client location) .
