The process was pretty easy and smooth. They asked technical questions and behavioral questions. The interviewer is your line manager or at least is the person you will report to, not the person in the team that you work in (at least for my case). If passed, the offer will be send within a week depending on the position.

First, interview with HR. I went to the headquarter of this company. And a young woman from human resource department welcomed me. After interview, they wanted to take me an English exam. This was a paper-based exam. It was about general English and logistics terms. Third, and final step was an interview with your department manager.

It was an initiated application. Had a pleasant interview with a high level manager at his office. He told me about what they are doing in quite detail and where does he need an intern.
