Comprehensive, elaborate, involved presentation, writing and person skills. Initial screening assessment, first round interview, assessment day (PPT, 2 interviews and an essay). Overall was an enjoyable process that lasted 2 months.

Interview
3 stage process. Submitting an application involves writing 3 600 word essays on economics topics. Next stage is a 1.5 hr case study that tests basic excel skills along with knowledge of economic concepts in micro-economics. Final stage assessment centre is a full day experience with 4 activities. Involves preparing a presentation on a topic given 1 week in advance, written test, behavioural interview with junior team and technical interview with a senior member of staff. Everyone on the day itself was super lovely and helpful.

Application and then written interview which takes place virtually. For the written interview, you pick a time slot to receive a set of questions and then have an hour and a half to draft a response to two of the questions. You are then invited to an in-person interview.
