The lead recruiter was great, explained everything very well, timely responses. I did an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then I had to record on video 5 soft skills questions with no ability to retake. After a day or two, I got another interview, with 5 more soft skills questions. I pooched the second interview I think. I was expecting a technical interview, so I was brushing up on wireless LAN, and psyching myself up for a technical interview and I just zoned out when asked about thinking outside the box. My fault. I just wish I got some feedback. I mean this was two interviews but it took a good deal of time, and if you're going to say you carefully considered the applicants, perhaps take a moment and send them an email. This whole program is about education.
