The process was a video interview with a lovely woman who asked behavioral questions for about an hour. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a first step interview process, the video made it more personal and the employee was great to talk to. The next step was an interview on site with a Manager in which they called the day before to prep me for the interview.
