first thing written test on programming and next technical interview. it seems ok. however, I did not expected the written test. My opinion need know the interview process and prepare according to that.

Whole interview process was hopeless. I was interviewed for Java. I attended three technical rounds, and followed by HR round. HR discussed everything and asked me send documents immediately. I sent all required documents. I dint any call on next ten days and when I called back after that, HR dint receive my call and next morning, I got email that my skill set does not match with their requirements. This was very disappointing, I lost trust on their hiring process. I strong DON'T RECOMMEND this company.
