Really informal interview process with two very knowledgeable and likeable interviewees who wanted to get to know me and my motivations. Overall a very positive experience, although the internal candidate was ultimately offered the job.

Interview
It was a two stage process including a screening interview and final interview, which also included a 10 minute presentation. It was all carried out by very friendly members of staff.
