I got to the second stage of the interview process just to be ghosted by the hiring team after taking two hours out of my day to complete a writing assignment. I followed up a couple of times too. Really disappointing.
A panel of three different people interviewed me during the interview asking various difficult questions and then they would rate me on a point based system and the person with the highest points get the job

Processus très clair et transparent. La personne avec qui j’étais en contact a bien répondu à mes questions. Le jour des tests journalistiques, je n’ai eu aucune surprise et j’ai eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour me préparer. J’ai eu un retour assez rapide.
