After applying, I went through their typical hiring process which starts with a virtual screening call, followed by a series of 2-3 interviews. First, I met with the hiring manager who asked about my background and experience. Then I interviewed with several team members who I'd potentially be working with. They asked thoughtful questions about my technical skills and seemed genuinely interested in seeing if I'd be a good cultural fit. The entire process was professional and gave me good insight into both the role and company culture.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at CADENAS (Milford, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
Not standard, seem to hire a lot of friends and family. There wasn't a clear process so was unsure who really makes the hiring decision. Seems like there's a lot of "bosses" at this company.
