Interview
Starts with a phone interview, after the interview you are invited in for a face to face interview. During the face to face you have a chance to go on the sales floor and shadow with a manager and see how everyday works. Afterwards you finish your one to one.
Initial interview was over the phone with a hiring manager, was friendly and answered questions about the role. Second stage was an interview on MS Teams with a General Manager and Portfolio Executive, but I accepted a role with a different company before this so did not experience the second interview.

Interview
I had a simple phone call for the first round of interviews, where they asked about other jobs I’ve applied to and discussed my background and interest in the role.
Very easy to talk to interviewers. Process took around two to three weeks. First talked to recruiter over the phone then a couple weeks later microsoft teams interview with two people.
