I had a phone interview and feel that HR personnel is not familiar with logistics, they don't know that smooth talk doesn't result in a hard work, the quality required in this type of business. That's why same position is listed over and over again, they should base their decision on experience and background and not on the typical answers they want to hear. Too bad you can't get an interview with real professionals in this business, big loss for the company to rely on outsiders for hiring process..
