I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson
Interview
Well organized. Talked with corporate for a phone interview, then an in person interview. Includes an interest/personality discussion then some "what if business scenarios." Not too stressful or out of the ordinary.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
