Very easy. Manager was very kind and open minded. I had no work experience and she took a chance in hiring me for the position. It lasted between 15-20 minutes. She explained the job description to me and the job requirements.

Interview
I met with the President/founder and the account director. Fairly simple stuff. They talked about the firm and how it got started, told me what I'd be doing, asked me questions about my background. The two men were very calm and not too intense. They were in good spirits and didn't appear too intimidating.
