I applied in-person. I interviewed at Burlington Stores
Interview
I applied online and then followed up in person since I was referred by a friend who works there. I was interviewed by the assistant manager and she printed my application and asked me very typical interview questions. She sent me a link to my e-mail for a background check which I filled out and once that was done I was called in for orientation.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
