very casual, they will almost hire anyone willing to work with good availability and a resume. hiring manager was very nice and professional, it was during open interview hours and there was only one person before me and still was a one on one i terview

Interview
Filled out an online application, then when called in I filled out an in-store application on paper. The hiring manager came out and talked to me, gave me a paper to fill out to "see if I fit," then asked me about my original application with questions like previous workplaces, why you left, etc.

Interview
To tell the truth there wasn't really an interview. When I arrived I sat down with one of the Assistant Managers and filled out the basic paper work required for tax purposes and she told me my starting date. There wasn't any real discussion about the job.
