Easy and very pleasant. The inquiries brought out my strengths and highlighted my experience and skills. The interviewer was friendly and asked pertinent questions rather than the scripted mundane ones which yield little insight into the potential of the job seeker.

Found the job opening on Indeed and applied through their company website. The section or department head directly contacted me regarding my schedule for an interview which was done via MS Teams. If you passed the interview, you will be endorsed to HR for the job offer and employment process.

Typical situational interview questions: - what will you do if you made a mistake - Can you tell me about a time you had to work with a coworker who was difficult to get along with Technical questions: - statistical quality control experience or familiarity - what laboratory instruments have I handled and did you have troubleshooting involved
There are 2 interviews, one is taken by talent manager, she will ask general questions about yourself and company and another is taken by HR and lab manager, they will ask technical and non-technical questions.
