It was one day process 1- You will get the form to fill the information 2- Technical interview 3- Hr Round for the 3rd round from European panel they will call you some other day. Environment was very friendly.It may be possible that you have to spend whole the day there. Hr asked to many question basically he wants to know more and more about you. He may ask you what is unique in you then don't go with traditional answer like hardworking, team player. Always go with your true passion like you write poem,trekking,play games and go in detail whatever you like or unique in you this round would be little bit tricky.
