Bully Pulpit International interview questions

The process took over a month. It started with an initial HR call. I was then interviewed by the Hiring Manager. Next, I was given 24 hrs to do an assessment. Finally, I had another interview. It then took another 2 weeks to find out they went with another candidate. I find it a bit ridiculous to be given an assessment when your portfolio already shows your skills.

The interview process was straightforward and smooth. From scheduling to completion, each step was clearly communicated and well-organized. The interview itself was relaxed, with questions that felt relevant and allowed for a natural conversation. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment that made it easy to express my thoughts and experiences. Overall, the process was efficient and stress-free, leaving me with a positive impression.
