Easy! Clear step, stages and communication. Easy to understand process and application. Did not get the job but good process at least. Would apply again in the future if there's a good spot

I had three interviews throughout the process with various BPI team members. One was a phone call and the others were video calls. Had two video calls back to back with other members of the team I'd be working with. The first was more leadership members and the second were younger employees around the same level. Everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to. They made the experience very comfortable.
