Standard process- phone/video pre-screen, one panel interview with the person who would have been my supervisor, and two other people, then a final round with 3 others I'd have been working with.
After not hearing from them for a few days after the final round of interviews, I figured they had gone with another candidate, which is totally fine. The thing that bothered me is that instead of sending a personal email letting me know they had gone with someone else, I received an email that's automatically generated when the job is closed out in the applicant tracking system. If someone makes it to the final round of the hiring process, they deserve a personal email from the recruiter they've been dealing with. It came across as disrespectful of my time and the effort I had put in to the process.

Met them at the career fair and they were very nice and welcoming. The SWE internship interview was quite simple, a lot of OOP and resume related questions. Mostly conceptual, overall it was not too bad.

Explain the difference between Polymorphism vs Inheritence
Started with a phone interview and then an in-person interview. They gave me a tour of the entire building. Very organized and quick process. Transparent communication from beginning to end.
