BuildOps Product Operations interview questions

Was approached by a recruiter (did not apply) and then ghosted after a second round interview. I was told they would follow up with next steps after the 2nd interview but I never heard back. I had asked a question about the turnover comments on Glassdoor and low ratings from recent employees. I felt like they dodged the question, essentially blamed it on their fast paced environment and rapid growth pains.
